Yvonne and John travelled to the sunny South of France to have their wedding in a vineyard near the beautiful town of Carcassonne. The couple actually credit Brosnan Photographic, their photographer, for not only capturing their magical day but also for helping them to find their perfect venue: when they were on the hunt for a location in France they stumbled upon a wedding Christina had previously shot at Domaine Gayda vineyard. They loved the location and the images so much that they decided to try and book both venue and photographer if they could! Christina was delighted when Yvonne and John told her she had been a huge part of their decision.
Yvonne and John’s ceremony was held on the grounds of the vineyard in a beautiful ceremony at the pool house followed by a feast of French food and wine, and then many laughs in the restaurant until the small hours. The couple brought over much of their decor after sourcing it both in Ireland and online. The florals were matched to the lavender bridesmaid dresses and kept a lovely delicate pink and purple, and we are huge fans of the travel themed stationery set from In The Treehouse. The couple loved every minute of their wedding and were especially thankful to Christina their photographer for capturing all the shots they wanted, as well as helping them find their dream venue. A huge thanks from us as well to Christina for these beautiful images, and to Yvonne and John for sharing their wonderful day.
