Today we have the FAB Jamaican wedding of Shelby and Brian who were married on October 17th 2011 in Montego Bay. They chose The Grand Palladium Resort to celebrate their special day with friends and family and although it rained on their wedding day the location lent itself beautifully with wooden walkways to provide shelter for the bridal party until the sun returned. The bride wore a stunning dress by BHDLN with wonderful beading on the bust, and I can’t but mention the adorable flower girls, so so beautiful! Marta Locklear was on hand to capture lots of stunning images of the couple, her BHDLN gown and all the DIY and custom made details…

It’s Christmas eve and I’ve been getting into the spirit of the season by putting together a little Winter wedding inspiration. I’m dreaming of a white Christmas…

The first two photographs were both sourced from Snow Blind: A StyleCaster Fashion Short and Editorial photographed by Spencer Wohlrab featuring a stunning Temperley London gown and Alice by Temperley dress. The beautiful reception decor and styling is by Koyal Wholesale. The feather white cover up and shoes are both available from BHLDN. The magical Christmas dessert table was crafted by Alchemy. The beautiful snow globes which would make a wonderful gift for guests or a very unique centerpiece are from Anthropologie sourced via Well Worn. The letterpress Tis The Season wedding stationery is available to order from Farrell & Chase.
We’re taking a short Christmas break so this will be our last post until the 28th of December.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!

The beautiful weather has me thinking about Summer style, and more accurately what I will pack for Rome. The city in July will be very warm and we’ll be there for five days in all for our wedding, before heading down to coast for our honeymoon. I think every bride getting married abroad wants to look and feel great on the lead up to and on the days after their wedding.
So I’ve been doing a bit of online ‘window shopping’, here are my picks for Summer Style in the City…

The web is a buzz with the new Urban bridal collection, BHLDN. Looking through the collection of beautiful designs I was struck by how I could immediately picture certain gowns in specific city destinations, an Urban bride is after all, well, Urban…

This Tiered Tulip Gown screams Carrie to me, a case of Bride and the City? The perfect bridal gown for a Manhattan wedding.

The Ribboned Silk Gown, so romantic and elegant, I think it would be stunning for a Venetian wedding and the feather finishes it off perfectly.

Take London in style in this amazing 50s inspired Tulle Era Dress, so retro!
