The images we have for you today are a beautiful mix of colours, textures and unusual wedding elements. Designed and created by Cedarwood Weddings, the idea behind the shoot was to create a forest garden portrait session that weaves light, colour and form into a Persian inspired woodland setting which is both wordily and remote. Captured by Zipporah Photography, the team sought to defy traditional wedding fashion using bohemian bridal elements that that are purposeful, passionate and playful. A flowing organza gown and faux leather belted bolero exist as complementary textures, whereas the bride’s bare feet and ethnic-inspired hand chain ring-bracelet invite graceful movement. The Cedarwood design team created a bridal bouquet from both foraged greenery and florals to blend seamlessly with the natural flora and fruit of the session’s fifty acre nature preserve setting of Historic Cedarwood. A breezy berry coloured gauze tent, rugs and lanterns gave the final touches of bohemian warmth and cultural creativity.
