Whether you’re getting married in Paris or want a wedding that captures the glamour of a celebration in this most romantic of cities, today we have the perfect palette for you. In a continuation of our series of wedding palettes based on destination wedding locations, we concentrate today on the incredible city of Paris. This palette is very simple: as usual, we’re letting the beauty of the setting shine through. As our starting point, we’ve taken the beautiful dusty pink you see in the middle of the shade board below. Limiting your colours to a single hue is what makes this palette work so well. Use lighter neutrals against the pink that have a warm ivory glow, and keep your darker tones veering toward a shadowy blue-grey. Don’t be afraid of dark shades with this palette: they add to the drama. Gold sits well with this glamorous palette, whether in your bridal accessories or tableware. Think handmade paper stationery, lots of candles, beautiful crumpled linens, and the bigger the blooms in your florals the better. Don’t forget, we have featured so many beautiful Paris weddings so be sure to check them our for further inspiration, and if you’re thinking about a Paris wedding, check out these superb wedding planners.
