Steph and Lee, from the UK, always knew they wanted to get married abroad. After much discussion the couple decided to return to the spot where they got engaged. Lee asked Steph to marry him at a very special location- at the top of the Rosshütte mountain in the Austrian ski resort of Seefeld. They celebrated their mountain elopement in Austria last December with an intimate, emotional ceremony on the top of the mountain, witnessed by their immediate family (including Harold, their four-legged ring bearer). As the morning progressed the blue skies slowly started to fade and dark snow clouds rolled in. Tirol has been struggling with a lack of snow during the start of this winter season but while Steph and Lee stood at the summit exchanging vows, a few snowflakes started to fall, bringing a beautiful atmospheric touch to their winter wonderland wedding. Their heartfelt ceremony was held in English, led by the lovely Susan from Hochzeitsredner Tirol, who told their love story from the first time their eyes met to that day, promising their lives to each other on the top of a mountain in Austria. All this beauty was perfectly captured by Cat from Wild Connections Photography
