We were so impressed with the boho style gown our real bride wore yesterday that we decided to spread the word about this bridal label: Australian bridal shop Grace Loves Lace is described as “boho meets vintage meets simplistic”. The dresses are available to order online but each individual gown is handmade in the Grace Loves Lace studio. The label started when designer Megan began an impossible search for her own wedding dress in 2010.  She found it really hard to find a dress that she loved: “I grew bored and frustrated at seeing the same old-fashioned, structured and restrictive dresses made from heavy fabrics and boning that I would not feel comfortable in or look like ‘me’.”  Megan had the idea to start her own line of dresses which looked amazing but would still be comfortable to eat and dance in, without the huge mark up that usually comes with the label “wedding dress”.  Readers will know we’re a little obsessed with boho-style gowns from our recent Laure de Sagazan and Rime Arodaky glimpses, and we just love the delicate lace detailing of these dresses along with the relaxed, whimsical aspect to their design.
