Happy Friday! Short weeks are great aren’t they. Pity about the weather this week, I’m off to purchase my wellies for the  Mumford and Sons gig tomorrow in Galway city. Really looking forward to it and chilling out, the rain is not going to dampen my mood! We have some lovely ideas for wedding table and place settings today- little details that can have a big overall impact on your wedding decor and are often easy to create. But first, this week started off all positive for good weather with Alicia and Eddie’s engagement session in Cabo, Mexico. We had a mouth watering inspiration shoot on Monday titled “Strawberry Fields Forever“.  We were back in Italy on Tuesday.. in Strada, Chianti to be more precise, to celebrate Didi and Jordi’s destination wedding.

Friday's FAB 5 ✈ Wedding Table and Place Settings

I really love well set tables and it’s often a difficult place to add some style to a wedding, especially when you are working with a venue that have their way of doing things. In this case, adding a sprig of lavender, a single flower, menu card or “Thank You” note is so simple that it is generally agreeable with the venue, but the great thing is that it will have a big impact and leave a lasting memory with your guests. After all, they will spend a couple of hours at their table. Of course if you are having a marquee wedding then you have endless options.  If your budget doesn’t stretch to rent the finest crockery, think of the napkin choices that can tie in with your theme or about adding a ribbon around your cutlery to give it that something extra, even using your favours on the plate will add personality and style to your tables. It doesn’t have to be expensive to be gorgeous. The right tablecloth or place mat can make even the dullest of crockery stand out. So here are some place setting’s that we came across this week and fell for.
