It’s always a great thing when wedding suppliers get together for a shoot and produce fresh new ideas to share with their clients. It can really help a couple visualise their own day by seeing potential within a space and how it can transform and it’s why we love to feature them. Today, the team at DLG Paris are showcasing their skills with this beautiful vintage Paris wedding editorial in the stunning area of Saint Germain des Près, Paris.

From DLG Paris:

“We wanted to create an editorial piece in the beautiful area of Saint Germain des Près, one of the oldest parts of Paris and in our opinion, the most romantic and elegant district. We discovered the venue for the shoot by chance and knew immediately that it would be a great location for the romantic and floral-inspired ideas we had. We fell in love with the retro chic style, the furnishings, colours and the light in the building that altogether made for a great atmosphere. We felt the venue was a great reflection of Paris during the Art Deco period and a perfect backdrop for our inspired shoot. The beautiful tableware collection by Vaisselle Vintage was the starting point for our place settings with their typically French floral patterns. Crystal, marble and brass completed the look and formed a very luxurious and French tablescape. Our florist, Roses by Claire, created lush foliage and pastel centrepieces and was very much inspired by French gardens. The stationery was created by the talented Jeanne from Callyane. As great supporters of Rime Arodaky, we were very keen to use the designer’s wedding dresses and the floral appliqué from their limited edition collection was very in keeping with the style of the photoshoot. For pastries we wanted no one else other than Angelina- their sweet treats are a favourite in the office. The cake table was composed of their madeleine cake and French macarons displayed on a beautiful cart. We really hope we can inspire some of our couples to create a wedding true to their own style and with amazing suppliers in Paris, we know that the sky is the limit.”
