The wedding inspiration we have for you today comes from Paris, one of our all-time favourite spots. Planned and styled by Dream Weddings Europe and captured by Cottonwood Studios Photography, we love the two dramatically different styles depicted in this shoot- the classy and elegant wedding day and the more relaxed day-after brunch. Catherine from Dream Weddings Europe tells us: “For this session we wanted something a little bit different, so we avoided the very famous spots in Paris. Our idea was to capture something new, since this city offers so many opportunities, and to show how a Parisian wedding can be classy and elegant. We chose two different styles: one for the wedding day and another for the day-after brunch. Since we wanted to showcase great Parisian places, we shot at the other side of the Tour Eiffel, the Palais de Tokyo side with its beautiful small bridge “Passerelle Debilly”- this side is much more quiet. For the second part of the day, we wanted something more relaxed, in a green atmosphere but trendy, to represent the second part of a wedding. Less formal and more colourful was the style. This part of the shoot took place in the famous Bois de Boulogne, close to the Pavillon Royal. This Parisian park offers magnificent green spaces for various events- a peaceful haven in the capital. For the first bridal bouquet we thought about something glamorous and smart, so we chose white roses and blue hydrangeas. For the second bridal bouquet we imagined something with more greenery, boho and colourful. For the brunch decoration in the park, we tried to keep as much as greenery as possible with bright flowers, to keep the feeling of the park, and the pink we picked to reflect the gourmet aspect of the shooting.”
