I’ve always been fond of the empire lines and cap sleeve features of this designer’s range, and the Christos SS 2014 collection doesn’t disappoint. The new collection has both of these along with some new elements. Oodles of tulle and lace are no surprise to see and embellishments crop up on several gowns, as well as draped tulle bodices, mermaid kick flares, organza embroidery, subtle feminine belts and elegant silhouettes. Several gowns feature a subtle corset-type bodice with semi-visible underlying structuring. We’ll start off here with some of the fuller-skirted dresses, move on to the mermaid style kick-flares, then the simpler shift-style gowns, and finally the two empire line gowns, ending on my personal favourite, a stunning number that I actually can’t stop going back to look at. Enjoy!

Do you love that last gown too? The tulle reminds me of some sort of cloud waterfall. And what did you think of the mermaid-style kick flares, were you a fan? I have to say, I’m on the fence.. Back tomorrow with some more gorgeousness!
