What wedding inspiration shoot would be complete without a brilliant cinematographer’s take? Saying we were lucky to have Best Day Productions along on this trip to Paris would be a gross under-exaggeration. As well as driving us around the city (none of the rest of us were brave enough to risk it!) Rodolphe also managed to come up with this beautiful creation. We’ve been looking forward to sharing this for so long!

As always, Rodolphe picked the perfect piece of music for the video. It has a sort of carnival feel, and I love the split screen effect. You’re literally taken for a trip through the city streets, and the sepia twinge gives the video a lovely warm vintage feel just like the original Amelie movie had. We think it captures the shoot perfectly: poignant, colorful, fun and a little bit mischievous. We can’t thank Rodolphe and all the other vendors who worked on this shoot enough. We’ll have to start planning our next trip to Paris!
